Refund & Guarantee Policy

1. Our promise#

We want you sourcing, not stuck. Every new Jaxresells membership is backed by a 30-day access guarantee: you either get the access you paid for, or you get your money back. This page explains exactly how that works, what it covers, and how to claim it.

2. The 30-day access guarantee#

If, within 30 days of your first payment, either of the following is true, you are entitled to a full refund of your most recent payment:

  • Your vendors don't arrive — you subscribed, but the Vendor Vault did not unlock and your supplier contacts did not appear in your account.
  • Your access isn't working — you cannot sign in or reach the vault despite an active, paid subscription, and we are unable to resolve it for you.

In short: if we don't deliver working access to what you paid for, you don't pay for it.

3. How to claim a refund#

Email v3subusiness2@abv.bg from the address on your account within 30 days of your purchase. Tell us what's wrong (for example, "the vault didn't unlock" or "I can't sign in") and give us a chance to fix it — most access issues are solved in minutes.

If we can't get you working access, we'll refund your most recent payment in full to your original payment method. Refunds are issued through Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. What the guarantee does not cover#

The guarantee covers delivery and access — not a change of mind after you've received what you paid for. It does not apply to:

  • Memberships where the vault and bonus materials were delivered and accessible as described;
  • Requests made after the 30-day window;
  • Unused time on a billing period once your access was working;
  • Dissatisfaction with a specific supplier's pricing, stock, shipping, or products — we curate contacts, we are not the supplier (see our Terms);
  • Accounts terminated for breaching our Terms (for example, sharing or redistributing vault content).

This keeps the guarantee fair for the people it's meant for, and stops it being used to copy the vault and walk.

5. Digital goods & immediate access#

Because the Vendor Vault and the Reselling Playbook are digital products delivered instantly on purchase, you receive their full value the moment you join. Where the law gives you a statutory cancellation right (such as the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal), you expressly agree that performance begins immediately and you waive that right once you access the digital content. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.

6. The bonus Reselling Playbook#

The 10k/Month Reselling Playbook is a free bonus included with every plan and delivered the moment you join. It carries no separate cash value and is not separately refundable. If you receive a refund under the access guarantee, your licence to the Playbook ends with your membership and you must stop using and delete it.

7. Changing vendors#

The vault is a living directory. Suppliers may be added, rotated, or removed each month as we review the list — this is a described feature of the Service, not a defect. The specific vendors available changing over time is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.

8. Cancellation vs. refund#

Cancelling and refunding are different. You can cancel anytime in one click from your dashboard ("Manage subscription") — that stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of your current paid period, with no refund of that period. A refund under the access guarantee is separate and applies only in the cases above.

9. Chargebacks#

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute — we can almost always resolve access issues faster than your bank can, and a refund under this policy is quicker than a dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered digital content may result in account termination.
