Terms of Service

1. Acceptance#

By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service#

Jaxresells provides the "Vendor Vault" — a curated directory of supplier contacts, categories, and reference material for resellers — together with the included "10k/Month Reselling Playbook." Access requires an active paid membership.

The vault is updated on an ongoing basis. Suppliers may be added, rotated, or removed from month to month as we review the directory, so the specific vendors available to you can change over the life of your membership.

3. Account & eligibility#

• You must be 18 or older to purchase a membership.
• One account per person. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.

4. Membership, billing & renewal#

• Vendor Vault membership is offered in monthly plans starting at $9.99 USD per month; the price of your selected plan is shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel.
• Renewals occur automatically on your billing date.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes apply at the next renewal.

5. Cancellation#

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard via the "Manage subscription" button, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

6. Refunds & 30-day access guarantee#

We back every new membership with a 30-day access guarantee. If your vendor contacts do not appear in your account within 30 days of your purchase, or your access is not working during that period, contact us at v3subusiness2@abv.bg and we will refund your most recent payment in full.

This guarantee covers delivery and access — it does not require us to refund a membership where the vault and the included Reselling Playbook were delivered and accessible as described.

Outside of this guarantee — and because the Vendor Vault grants immediate digital access to supplier information and bonus materials — sales are otherwise final and we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law (e.g., the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, which you waive by accessing the digital content immediately upon purchase).

7. Bonus materials & Reselling Playbook#

Every plan includes the "10k/Month Reselling Playbook" and may include other bonus materials, delivered digitally when you join. These are provided for your personal use under the same license as the rest of the Service.

• Bonus materials are included free, carry no separate cash value, and are not separately refundable.
• You may not copy, share, resell, republish, or redistribute them, in whole or in part.
• They are educational only and are not financial, investment, or business advice (see the earnings disclaimer below).
• Your license to all bonus materials ends when your membership ends; you must then stop using and delete them.

8. License & acceptable use#

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Vendor Vault for your own reselling business. You may not:

• Share, resell, republish, or redistribute vault content.
• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-export the directory.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass suppliers.

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Third-party suppliers#

Jaxresells curates supplier contacts but is not a party to any transaction between you and a supplier. We do not warrant supplier quality, pricing, shipping times, or authenticity. All purchases are at your own risk.

10. Affiliate program#

If you join our affiliate program, you agree to promote Jaxresells honestly and lawfully. Commission rates, per-sale caps, and payout methods (such as Revolut or PayPal) are those published on our Affiliate page and may be updated from time to time.

• Post only content we provide or approve, and clearly disclose that your posts are promotional (e.g., "#ad"), as required by the FTC and your platform's rules.
• No spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding, fake accounts, or self-referrals. We may withhold or reverse commissions earned through fraud or policy breaches.
• Commissions are paid on completed, non-refunded sales. Payouts may be delayed or withheld pending review.
• We may approve, reject, suspend, or end the program or any affiliate account at our discretion.

11. Earnings & results disclaimer#

Jaxresells is a sourcing tool and educational resource — not a guarantee of income. Any figures, margins, testimonials, or results shown on our site or in our materials (including references to "10k/month", example margins, or member screenshots) are illustrative, reflect the experience of specific individuals, and are not a promise that you will earn anything.

Reselling involves risk and effort. Your results depend on factors we do not control — your market, pricing, time, skill, and the choices you make with suppliers. You are solely responsible for your own business, including compliance with applicable laws, taxes, intellectual-property rights, and platform rules. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

12. Intellectual property#

All content, branding, and compilations are owned by Jaxresells or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

13. Disclaimers#

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of liability#

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaxresells' aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. Termination#

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate by canceling and contacting support to request data deletion.

16. Governing law#

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Jaxresells is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to your mandatory local consumer rights.

17. Changes#

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
